Awareness of potential hazards
A thorough hazard identification is essential! The HAZOP study is seen as the best method to ‘catch’ the potential hazards that lie in a process installation.
You will learn the methodology and which aspects are important for a successful HAZOP study.
The training is based on the HAZOP standard (according to IEC 61882).
In addition to theory and explanation of the methodology, practical aspects are discussed and HAZOP exercises are made.
The next HAZOP course will be on Monday March 11, 2019 in Apeldoorn (from 9.30 h till 17.00 h).
This training has been given to various groups for many years, both ‘open registration’ and ‘in-house training’. The training courses are regularly evaluated, updated and improved.
Herman Jansen will give the training. Herman conducts approximately 100 HAZOP brainstorm sessions each year and has provided dozens HAZOP courses in the past 15 years.
