Consiltant BV presented its Functional Safety Management System to Dekra for certification in 2018, after which it was certified in 2019. This management system particularly assurances the competence of our consultants and the way in which we execute our projects in the field of Functional Safety.
In recent months, Dekra has reassessed our FS Management System. Following the reassessment audit, Dekra has extended the certification of our FS Management System! We may/can carry out consultancy activities up to SIL 4 security systems. This concerns HAZOP & FMEA & LOPA studies, SIL classifications , SIL verifications , SIF validations and training.
